Jon & Hailey Break Up!

That’s what complaining about his man-trums will do!

Jon Gosselin has decided to end it with Homewrecking Hailey!

TBH, we’re sorta embarrassed for Hailey because she didn’t beat the douche to the punch!

A source says the two are “taking a break” after Gosselin received some spiritual advice from Rabbi Shmuley!

Jon decided he “needed to spend some time on his own” and allegedly called it quits with Hailey.

We have no doubt Gosselin will go running back to her in a matter of weeks once he realizes the entire female population of the country is disgusted by him!

Gotta put that peen somewhere!

Newsom Pulls Out

San Francisco’s mayor, Gavin Newsom, has decided to withdraw from California’s 2010 gubernatorial election.

Newsom released a statement on Friday saying, “With a young family and responsibilities at city hall, I have found it impossible to commit the time required to complete this effort the way it needs to be – and should be – done.”

Too bad!

California state attorney general Jerry Brown is now considered the top democratic candidate to take over Arnold’s position as California’s governor.

My father is a lunatic&doesn’t even deserve such a title since he’s never been around in my life other than when he’d threaten me&my family. He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars. Its so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister just now asking, “why is daddy doing this?” Through tears. He’s crossed the lines&hurt me&my family 4 the the last time…. So much for having a ‘dad’….. I’m going to spend some time with the ones that love me&i love now. I appreciate those who continue to support me. My fans keep me strong&i love you all so much for it! My second family is what you are to me.

Nicole: 1 Paparazzi: 0

A Los Angeles judge has granted Nicole Richie a temporary restraining order against paparazzo Bam Bam as well as his partner, Ivon Miguel.

The paps have been given the order to stay at least 100 yards away from Richie, as well as her kids Harlow and Sparrow, at all times.

According to legal docs filed by Nicole, the two paps would regularly “sit outside [her] house, waiting for [her] to leave,” and “scream at [Richie] in an attempt to her [her] reaction,” as well as chasing Richie in their car.

Nicole alleges that their abuse has caused her “severe emotional distress” and she fears that if the restraining order were to not be granted, another accident may happen, but “this time with [Richie's] infant children in the vehicle.”

Seriously!

Nicole and the paps are due back in court on November 16th to decide whether or not to extend the restraining order.

We say yes!
