Just when we thought Dwyane Wade and Siohvaughn were working out their divorce amicably at this point, ish just got real ugly. Dwayne has filed a docket of over 300 pages asking for full custody of their 2 sons, ages 8 and 2. And he says it’s all because Sioh’s an unfit mother. O snap! According to ESPN:
Documents obtained Wednesday by The Associated Press show Wade alleges his wife Siohvaughn cannot “be considered a fit and proper person” to raise their children. In more than 300 pages of filings, the All-Star says his wife exhibited threatening behavior, had extramarital affairs, uses abusive parenting methods and is unwilling to let the 2006 NBA finals MVP see his children.
“For more than two years, I have tried to make peace with Siohvaughn concerning our divorce and custody of our kids,” Wade said in a statement released to The AP. “I no longer believe that’s possible. Siohvaughn has consistently attempted to interrupt or prevent me from having visitation time with our boys.”
Siohvaughn Wade’s behavior “has made it evident that she is unstable, dishonest, unbalanced, unwilling to accept responsibility for her actions, not of good character, and therefore, unfit to be a custodial parent,” according to the petition.

“I’m sorry to say that many of the things she has done during our marriage and throughout this divorce have convinced me that it is not in our children’s best interest that she have custody,” Wade said in his statement to The AP. “As a result, I have decided to fight for custody of our children.”
The documents obtained by The AP include police reports from when Siohvaughn Wade called authorities to the couple’s home in a Miami suburb on Christmas Eve 2008 as Dwyane Wade arrived there to see his children.
They also include claims made by Andrea Williams, a former friend of the couple, that Siohvaughn Wade paid for trips to Las Vegas and other places, bought a man she was romantically involved with as far back as 2004 a car and a motorcycle, threatened to find a gun and shoot her husband, and voluntarily entered an Illinois hospital to deal with anger-related issues.
“I feel our children’s health and safety are at stake,” Dwyane Wade said. “Our two children are my top priority.”
Wade is already suing his wife for defamation after she alleged last year that he gave her a sexually transmitted disease, a claim that was eventually withdrawn.
“They put us in a position and they put Dwyane in a position that he has no alternative,” said attorney James Pritikin. “If he really wants to make sure that his children grow up in a healthy environment, he’s got to be the custodial parent for these children. He’s the only one that can give them emotional stability and place their safety and health above all else.”
Dwyane and Sioh’s divorce proceedings continue this Friday when the custody petition will be introduced in court. And their official divorce trial doesn’t begin until June 7th. The two have been battling it out with accusations of adultery on both sides, STDs, violence, and much more. Dwyane is also battling lawsuits outside his divorce such as this $90 mill restaurant venture failure. And I have a feeling things are about to get worse as this battle continues. Is Gabby going to watch the kids while Dwyane is at his large amount of away games during the season? Just asking….

His name is Marlon Yates. And he’s a 23 year old youngin’ and an aspiring model/actor from L.A.
You may also remember him as Keri Hilson’s love interest in her “Slow Dance” video. And we hear Mr. Yates is known for being an uber-player. Supposedly, some women in L.A. even believe he is a male gold-digger…going after women who do things for him and give him money, etc. Well isn’t that…convenient.

A research company across the pond questioned 2,000 consumers about 100 celebrities and 100 brands, to learn which famous guy or gal was the most “buzzed” about as well as see what brands consumers frequently, well, consume!
Kylie beat out fellow singing star Cheryl Cole for the top honor, along with soccer stud David Beckham.
Oh! That’s a tough call! We love our Aussie Kylie, but damn it, we’d buy ANYTHING that had David’s sweet, sweet pecks face on it.

Roger Ebert’s Insight On Rosemary’s Baby Remake

We don’t know why he would bother messing with a classic, but director Michael Bay is producing a remake of Roman Polanski‘s 1968 thriller, Rosemary’s Baby!!!!
The remake is being produced by the Transformers director’s production company, Platinum Dunes, along with a number of other horror remakes.
And film critic/everyone’s favorite Twitter user Roger Ebert tweeted his opinion on the remake on Tuesday!
Says Ebert: “Michael Bay is remaking “Rosemary’s Baby. O….kay….”

Anthony Hopkins Being DIVA On Thor Set!

Not cool, Anthony Hopkins! Just because you played freaky ass Hannibal Lector doesn’t mean you run the show!!
Apparently there’s some serious dramz going down on the set of the movie Thor because the Hop doesn’t think his inexperienced co-star Chris Hemsworth, who plays the title character, cuts it as an actor!
A source says:
“Anthony has not tried to hide his disapproval of Chris’ acting skills. Chris is definitely the least-experienced actor on set, but he’s trying. He respects Anthony a great deal, and it looks like he’s trying to grin and bear all of his criticism. Anthony keeps complaining that they’re shooting too many scenes inside the L.A. studio and not enough on location. Everyone is cranky and frustrated that it’s taking so long. But it’s a very high-tech movie, and it just takes time to get things right. He isn’t used to this kind of work, and his pessimism is really starting to wear everyone down.”
Puh-LEASE. Didn’t he have to do all that weird CGI shiz for Beowulf?
Sounds to us like he’s just acting like an old fart!! It’s not like he signed up for a serious, character driven think piece!

Wow!
Usher‘s new album Raymond v Raymond is poised to take the top spot on the HITS sales chart with an estimated 330-350K in sales!
Usher scored a combined weekly audience of 44.6 million at Urban radio for all three of his latest singles, “There Goes My Baby,” “Lil’ Freak” and “Hey Daddy (Daddy’s Home)” and had over 1.5 million downloads and ringtones before the album was even released yesterday.
Sounds like he’s going to make a huge comeback!

Whoa! A Blossom Reunion!

But it’s without Joey Lawrence so it makes it that less special!
Fancast.com has just released the confirmation from FOX that the cast of the hit 90s show Blossom will be returning to TV in a cameo reunion on the show ‘Till Death.
From what we are told, Blossom herself, Mayim Bialik, is already a staple on the show, playing a fictionalized version of herself. Unreal Mayim is the lead character’s therapist and recommends some group therapy for her patient. That’s what brings Jenna Von Oy (Six!!!) and Michael Stoyanov (Blossom’s big bro) into the mix, as they will be joining the session. Actor Gary Shapiro will be filling in for Joey, but if you ask us, it’s just not the same.
If you are a child of the 90s, you’ll sure want to set your Tivo for this! The episode airs April 25th.
